New hydraulic jack in piling machine for pushing or pressing the precast concrete pile with 12T crane ZYC360
1. Product description : T-works as a professional manufacturer for hydraulic static pile driver is always keeping impoving the design to meet the customers' actual requirement.
ZYC360B-B1 is a upgrade from old model ZYC 320 by updating its pushing cylinders. Our machine adopts durable spare parts . Reasonable hydraulic system for whole machine to get the biggest working efficiency.
The pile driver can do jacking the precast concrete pile from 150mm to 500mm for square pile, 300mm to 600mm for round pile. It also can push the tube, triangle pile, H-pile, etc by changing its jaws inside of the clamping box.
The .capacity is 360Ton with counterweight .
the lifting crane available is 12T, but 16T or 25T is available for customer's choice .

Side piling mechanism can reach at least 50% of center piling capacity, sharing the same clamping box and jaws with center. It can push the triangle pile, square pile, round pile, H- pile, and other shapes.

After shipment, the machine has to be assembled using the instructions and maybe with help of our employees as usual , This takes one or two days, after which a trainning can be given in working with the hydraulic pile pusher.
